• Phase – 1 consists construction of RTP and REEL Manufacturing

building along with substructure works for Admin Building

• Substructure Works including all concrete works for RTP , Reel

manufacturing and Admin buildings & 35,000M3 of Sand Backfilling

• 5,000M3 of A-1-A Base course back fill & 3,500M3 concrete works

• Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete as Flat Slab for Grade Slab works

• 11,250M2 of Steel Building erection with Block Masonry and Roof

and Wall sandwich panel sheeting

• Underground utilities within buildings

• 15 Ton capacity Trolleys with Rails and associated civil works

• Phase – 2 to consist all MEP works including Air Compressed

systems, ancillary buildings, 25,000M2 of asphalt works
